PROJECT management officer

Do something with your passion for supporting, planning and coordinating projects!

As a Project Manager Officer you support the Project Managers with the operational implementation, execution and monitoring of projects. These tasks are mainly focused on the areas of planning, risk & issue management, financial management and control.

You analyze the planning and progress of all Rapid Circle projects. You detect bottlenecks and propose solutions in order to promote a correct application of methods and standards.

Your jobs consists of the following tasks: recording the progress and informing/advising the Leadership Team and the Project Manager of the status of the project, managing project documentation, contracts and pricings, handling the invoice process, including time reporting, providing an accurate forecast based on the collected input, provide Business Intelligence dashboards to the various teams using Excel and Power BI.


Your background

Our ideal candidate is social, ambitious, detail oriented, proactive and gets the job done.

  • You have a minimum of a completed Bachelor’s degree with a financial component, such as Business or Economics;
  • 0 – 5 years of experience in the areas of project management within a professional business environment, knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2) and tools (MS Project) plus deep Excel knowledge;
  • Excellent command of English and Dutch; both written and verbal;
